Farrow and Ball Bancha 298 Paint

Colour: Bancha 298 by Farrow & Ball

Bancha is a sophisticated, mid-century modern green, a deeper, more contemplative version of the beloved archive colour, Olive. This rich yet subdued shade is perfect for those looking to bring a stronger, more refined colour into their home while still maintaining a sense of calm and tranquility. With its grounded tone, Bancha creates spaces that feel serene and secure, making it an ideal choice for bedrooms, living rooms, or any area where you want to foster a peaceful, restful atmosphere.

Named after Japanese tea leaves, Bancha evokes the soothing qualities of a fresh cup of green tea, offering a sense of warmth and comfort. Its subtle, earthy hue pairs beautifully with soft pinks, warm browns, or neutral tones, creating a harmonious balance that feels both grounded and uplifting. Bancha also works well with natural materials like wood, stone, and linen, enhancing the organic feel of a space.
